How do we choose industrial cleaning agents?

One: In the process of processing, due to processing requirements (such as cooling, lubrication, abrasives, surface treatment, heat treatment, etc.), there are various oil stains on the metal

   Most of these oils are mineral oils, but also animal and vegetable oils, emulsions, polishing pastes, abrasive pastes, and various salts. The composition of this kind of oil is relatively simple, the time to exist on the metal surface is relatively short, the adhesion is not strong, and it is easy to remove. Therefore, it is sufficient to choose a room temperature cleaning agent that has no corrosive effect on metals, and the requirements for other indicators of the cleaning agent are not high. In the choice of cleaning agent components, aliphatic hydrophobic surfactants are mostly used for animal and vegetable oily oils. Hydrophobic surfactants containing aromatics are mostly used for mineral oil stains.

  2: The oil stains on the metal surfaces of machinery, parts, etc. that have been sealed for a long time are mostly anti-rust oil, anti-rust grease, gas phase anti-rust agent and water-soluble corrosion inhibitor

   Because the composition of this kind of oil is more complicated, it adheres closely to the metal, and the time is long, the components volatilize, self-aggregate, and even undergo physical and chemical changes, making it difficult to clean. This requires cleaning agents to be selected according to different situations. For thick oil stains such as anti-rust grease, heating cleaning agent can be used for unsealing and then cleaning, which can greatly improve the efficiency of unsealing cleaning. For thin-layer oil, vapor phase corrosion inhibitor, water-soluble corrosion inhibitor, either heating or normal temperature cleaning agents can be used.

  3: The oil stains produced by the cleaning object after operation and use are more complicated

   This kind of oil pollution is mostly various lubricating oil, fuel oil, etc., plus other industrial dirt, dust, metal powder. Due to the long time, the complicated operating conditions and the influence of various factors, this kind of oil pollution has complex composition, firm adhesion and difficult cleaning. Generally, special cleaning agents should be selected according to the different oil pollution components. For example, the cleaning of engine carbon deposits should use carbon deposit cleaning agents. Descaling detergent should be used to clean the scale.
