Locks FS 147 is a premium neat cutting fluid which is specially designed for precision cutting of tough metals. It has suitable viscosity and is fortified with large quantity of high quality of active-sulphur, fatty oil, new type of phosphide additives and special additives for better surface finishing of the metal parts. It does not contain any chlorine additives so that have the environmental friendly property. Locks FS 147 is made to perform very high surface finishing, excellent tools protecting and heat resistance properties while keeping low smoke. It is not only used in precision turning of metal parts such as watchcase components of very tough metal and also successfully applied to high heat generated process such as threading, broaching, gear hobbing and shaving for difficult to machine materials including stainless steel and heat resisting steels.
