Locks FS 138 and 138A are premium neat cutting oil of a supper heavy duty formulations. These low viscosity mineral cutting oils are fortified with large quantity of high quality of active and non active-sulfur and new type of calcium EP additive. Locks FS 138 and 138A are made to perform very high surface finishing and excellent tools protecting while keeping low smell and low smoke. The anti-heat properties is further imparted by specially heat resistant agent. There light color makes it easy to monitor the surface quality of the being machined materials while machining. Locks FS 138 and 138A are special used in precision tapping of metal parts of very tough metal and also successfully applied to high heat generated process such as deep drilling, threading, broaching, turning, gear hobbing and shaving for difficult to machine materials including stainless steel and heat resisting steels. Locks FS138A is the low cost vision of Locks FS 138 which has same performance.
