Locks SS 49 is a high performance medium viscosity mineral cutting oil fortified with chlorine, active sulphur, fatty oil. Due to the high quantity of additives and their carefully balanced composition, Locks SS 49 is made to enhance the heat resisting property. In addition to provide the good surface finishing, it is successfully used in the high heat generated process such as deep drilling, threading, broaching, gear hobbing and shaving for difficult to machine materials including stainless steel and heat resisting steels.
